On August 27, 2021, Rinda Cahyana, a lecturer in the Information & Communication Technology Volunteer course, submitted his subject as a Student Exchange course. The submission is an effort so that the government recognizes the activities of students from three universities in the national RTIKAbdimas program as a student exchange course. Universities participating in the program include Muhammadiyah Metro University, Sangga Buana University, and STMIK AKBA.
The number of students from the three campuses participated in the learning of the Information & Communication Technology Volunteer course in debriefing activities for three days. Then take part in a field assignment called RTIKAbdimas with the theme Covid-19 Disaster Response: Digital Literacy in the Education Sector. This field task realizes the tri dharma collaboration of the Garut College of Technology with Indonesian ICT Volunteers and non-research partnership with the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information.
